Everyone has a story. It's a journey, from who we were to who we are becoming. Everyone has a catalyst for change on the journey. Some of these are huge like death of a loved one, physical relocation, end of a long term relationship, major health challenge, financial and sometimes a combination of many smaller things that add up to a heavy burden. As we walk through these challenges, we experience trauma on some level - physical, spiritual, emotional, or mental. We store this energy somewhere within our being and make the choice to ignore it or heal and process it, transforming it into something new that can take us to the next level. The journey is never ending.
Everything has a frequency. Making different choices can change the frequency of what is being experienced. Discover the truth of who you are and take your power back from the past. Creation happens in the present moment, not the past or the future.
